Terms of use

Plain English, and short. A solicitor-reviewed version replaces this before the beta opens beyond invited families.

Who can use it

You need to be 13 or over. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf, and they are the person who sets up any paid plan.

What we provide

A homework planner and a guided coach. The coach helps you learn, it does not produce your work, and it can be wrong. Check anything important with your teacher.

What we ask of you

• ✓Follow your school’s rules on getting help. If a piece of work must be unaided, do not use the coach for it.
• ✓Do not upload other people’s personal information, or anything unlawful or unsafe.
• ✓Do not try to break the safety behaviour. If you find a gap, tell us instead.
• ✓Your account is yours. Do not share the password.

Your work is yours

You keep everything you write and photograph. We store it to run the service and for nothing else. We do not use it to train AI models and we do not sell it.

Beta, and stopping

During the beta the app is free and features may change or briefly break. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that is being used to harm someone.

Limits

The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for marks, grades or missed deadlines. Nothing here removes rights you have under UK consumer law.
