MyHomework AI

Help centre

Short answers to the things people get stuck on. If yours is not here, write to hello@myhomework.app.

Put it on your home screen

On an iPhone: open myhomework.app in Safari, tap the share button, then Add to Home Screen. Open it from that icon afterwards, which is also what makes reminders possible on iOS. On Android: open the site in Chrome and choose Install app from the menu.

Turn on reminders

Me, then the gear icon, then Reminders. You get one nudge when something is due tomorrow and one when it is due today. Nothing else, and you can switch them off in the same place.

The coach says it is busy

That is the AI service limiting how fast requests arrive during the free beta. The app waits and retries by itself, and if it is still busy there is a Try again button. Your message is never lost.

A photo will not upload

School networks sometimes block uploads. The task itself saves instantly either way, so nothing is lost. Try again on home wifi, or type the task instead.

Forgotten password

Because accounts are a nickname with no email address, there is no reset link to send. Write to hello@myhomework.app from the parent’s address and we will sort it out. Keeping real names out of the system is worth this one inconvenience.

Using it on a school Chromebook

It runs in the browser with nothing to install. If the school blocks the site, ask your IT team to allow myhomework.app. Photos and voice need camera and microphone permission, which some school devices restrict; typing always works.
